A problem all Microsoft office programs.

I just brought my newest computer about 7 months ago. I wasn't really into technology then so I didn't really mind actually learning about it. While about a few months ago all my Microsoft programs stop running because I failed to convert it etc.... so now my Microsoft programs are not working because my
product key number is not working. Do I have to buy a new program?

office 2000 will have problem running in vista. other than that we dont know what version you ar running. if you key dont work you will need to reactivate through telephone.

when activating it you should be able to slect over internet or over phone. use phone it will give you a phone number
