Hi friends, my broadband connection is usually slow. Whenever I plump to download any song or any software it display, speed of 11 Kb/s only.
Is there any way to resolve this damn...........please............

As iv told you in posts before, your ISP is the reason its slow. Call them and take it up with them. There is nothing you can do short of paying more or complaining enough.
