A question about a gfx card and motherboard ( Directx 10 and 11 )

Heya :) So I have an asus P5G41T-M LX2 and I want to buy an ati radeon hd 6670 HD video card. The problem is that the card supports directx 11 and my motherboard supports directx 10 is there a problem if I buy the card and install it ? Sorry for the newbie question :S Thank you.

The card should work perfectly. I'd be more worried abut your PSU. What power supply do you have?
 
Actually I have no idea what power supply I have. Don't know the watts. The label is missing and I don't know how to check it :D
 
Hmm probably best you replace it if you're unsure. For a 6670, a Corsair CX 430 or CX 500 would be all you need.

You need a good quality power supply, especially when you have a dedicated graphics card.
 
Okey thank you for the help :) I appreciate it . Btw I have an intel celeron e3400 ( almost hte same as intel core 2 duo ) Will it be a problem or no :?
 
Yeah probably depending on which games you are playing and the resolution you are playing at.
