My computer is running fine now, thanks to everyone who helped me out. A big thank you goes to Johnb35 for emailing me the latest combofix, because my hijacker would not let me download it -ANYWHERE-

One more question to the general community :

What programs should I have to prevent a future infection?

What I use now is AVG free antivirus, latest version naturally

also I use Spyware Blaster the latest protection with over 11000 items in the database for anti spyware and adware

Finally for removing spyware I'm keeping malwarebytes anti malware for occasional scans.

Is there anything else I should have on the computer, or running in the background like spyware blaster to keep my computer running well?

You could get a beefy firewall solution like smoothwall, but that requires an old pc to configure properly.

Hmm a firewall is annoying as f*** but very effective. I know better than to use windows firewall, which is worse than a virus

Are you behind a router? It has its own firewall. Really, you just need good surfing habits. Don't go to weird websites, no porn sites, don't open attachments from people you don't know, and don't click on any popups. I use free AVG, behind a router, and very seldom do i get infected unless its self inflicted, I'm even using IE.

Well I have that avg link scanner, puts a checkmark next to safe sites when I search google, good for my little brother in law.
