Hey my friend just got a computer and her little sister was hitting alot of buttons and it froze, so she hit ctrl-alt-del and it goes to a black screen, and she turned it off and back on and it says that a DOS key is installed and its an all black screen with some writing about DOS key and then she can type stuff in. When all she does is hit enter it says bad command prompt. And when she hits Ctrl-Alt-Del it just restarts that black page over again.
So how can this problem get fixed and the computer get runninf normal again. It shouldn't be to hard, it isn't a virus since the computer was brand new, never on the internet or had any other software installed! So what does she do!?
