A Question

I have an account with Avon, I am an independant rep. and have always been able to log onto the site youravon.com to access my account. However, after placing my order two nights ago, which was Wednesday night, I took a little time off the computer and I was gonna come back to finish up my order and hit send. Well, after I logged off, I couldn't access the site any longer. I can access any site but that one and where I go to pay my phone bill which is Bell South. Any solutions???? It keeps saying that this page is not available...............res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://rds.yahoo.com/S=2766679 .........it says "page cannot be displayed"
I don't know what to do........I need to be able to log onto these pages!! Please help!! I have tried clearing out my cookies and history and defragmenting and everything, I even ran the adaware program and erased all the malware and spyware that was on my computer. Any solutions??Thanks so much!!! Konnie P

This happened to me once, my firewall suddenly blocked all access to "secure sites". Can you get into your e-mail? It was blocking hotmail and paypal. I just simply unchecked "block secure sites" and everything works now. Give this a try, report back if it dosen't work :)

Ok I have windows xp and I went to start, control panel, network connections, then I had to disable my firewall to be able to click on "change settings of this connection" then I clicked on the advanced tab then settings, and nothing was checked on "log dropped packets" or "log successful connections" so I tried with both of them checked, still nothing then I checked each one by themselves and tried to log onto the site and still nothing.......oh, and yeah, I have no problem getting to my email.... I don't know what else to do!! Please help :o .....I need to be able to access this site!!! Thanks for your time!! :) Konnie P
