A Virus, Malware or What need Help

hello good day folks, nice to be back here since a long Vacation,
heres the situation,

my friend got computer and she say it has virus, when she insert USB drive the computer hide all the folders in that USB drive,note all folders only and the other files is visible, but the folders file is just a shortcut, sorry for my bad english mate,

i got her USB do attrib in cmd and Whoalla i see it again, but my problem is how i can fix that computer? I try some Antivirus Kaspersky and Malwarebytes but no good, any Idea Mate?
