A10-5800K With NO Video?

Hey again everyone. I have resurrected an old build. It was an
A10-5800k,
4GB GSkill Ripjaws DDR3, 1600mhz
600W Corsair PSU and EVO 212 cooler.

The pc would turn on, all fans spun, but no keybaord response or video signal to monitor (monitor would just say no signal on both DVI and VGA connections.)

I also checked and reseated the APU.

Also swapped out :
RAM module and tested it in another system and they work fine.
PSU tested and working fine.
GPU tested working fine.

I bought another mobo ( MSI a68HM Grenade) and still no video with the new mobo. Also swapped memory and tested in this mobo and nothing...tried using my tested and working GTX 460 OC and still nothing.

The lights on the mobo all turn on and all fans come on.

Only thing i havent tried is resetting CMOS battery which I will do when I get home..any other suggestions before saying its a bad APU?

Make sure motherboard isn't grounded out to the case. Was standoffs used between case and motherboard?

Do you have a PC speaker you can hook up to the header? It may be trying to give POST error codes.

Otherwise since you swapped all of the other components it seems like it's isolated to that, barring any other grounding type of issues like @johnb35 indicated.

I have the standoffs in the proper place in the case and as far as I can tell, there are no issues with grounding.

I may have a mobo speaker i can use. Ill look for one when I get back.

Thanks for the replies btw.
