A8N-SLI SE or A8N-SLI Premium

i'd say go with the premium (because i did, so i might be kinda biased) the passive heatsink on the northbridge works really well, (especially if your CPU has a heatsink that hangs over the mobo's) and is obviously silent, but the best feature is the fact that it has software single/dual video card switch; instead of having to get into the hardware and flip that little card around.
 
The premium works out all the heat issues the lower models have (i.e., NB fan being stupid) although for the price of the premium, you can hunt down better :)
