A8N32-SLI Deluxe max temperature?

I have a A8N32-SLI Deluxe Mobo and I can't find out what a safe operating temp for the mobo is. It is currently running at 45 celcius (113F). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Kind of depends upon several things. For example, the at-rest temps on my board A8N-sli deluxe is now sitting at 34c for at rest. It gets up to about 43c when under heavy stress. My goal is to always keep temps under 50c. The benchmark that I use in my computer shop is that one should never let a computer (any components) get over 63c to prevent damage, although we all know they will stand more heat than that before they shut down.

Mobo temps should be kept around 20-35ºC, but it depends on the motherboard. Mine is around 28ºC.

Hi,

Is that temp under-stress or at-rest. That makes a big difference in how hot it is or is not.

that is under some stress but not fully stressed.

I'm kind of freaked out here now. Mine is idel at 35 c. and around 43 to 45 c. under a load. Is that ok?

some motherboard read their temps off the mainboard chipset and i know for a fact that some passively cooled Nvidia chipsets can reach temps nearing 70 degrees... i think your temps are fine and there's nothing to worry about.
