abit ic7 max 3 bios update, help!!!

i have Aabit IC7 MAX 3 Motherboard. i have not update the motherboard since its first use. i checked out the bios update on abit website http://www2.abit.com.tw/page/uk/dow...LE_ON_SCREEN=IC7-MAX3&pSOCKET_TYPE=Socket+478

now there are about 8 updates, i am not sure which updates are to install or to install all the updates as specified on the site.

is this is necessary since i didnt update bios since its first use in my computer.

If you just install the latest BIOS you'll get all the updates. I don't know if its really necessary if you're not having any problems. I just updated my BIOS on my IC7-G to fix my RAID array getting out of sync.

well so far i have not had any problems except when i stick this mp3 player to usb port it wont just recognise the devise. i want to know if the updates boost the performance.

Usually BIOS updates are prefixed/suffixed by descriptions of what those updates address
