Download CPU-Z from www.cpuid.com It will tell you on the Processor page (first one when opened), what socket it is, as well as other specs on the processor.

TBH im not entirely sure. Could you take a screenshot of what CPU-Z says and post it here? Or tell us what type of processor you have (Pentium 4 2.4Ghz for instance). It sounds like it's just a normal 478 processor, but im not positive.

ok so if it is micro it want matter about the mother board will it?

As Cromewell said, it's a normal 478 socket motherboard, and any 478 processor that your motherboard supports will work in it.
