No graphics card? Won't be enough for most games to go off integrated 4250.. If you aren't going to use it for heavy gaming this is a pretty good setup. I'd get a coolermaster haf 912 if you're looking for a case in around the $60 range.
 
The Challenger is a good case, as is the 912.
Challenger = 3 fans that run full speed(2 wire)
912 = 2 fans @ 17dba which is pretty quiet and I was surprised to see that 17 on there. But lacks the top fan. Not that you'd need it. It would be like a vacancy, but thats just me.
The 912 would be quieter.

Here's a better board/igp. Altho the 4250 and 4290 will basically do the same things, the 4290 is 700mhz stock vs 500. And it can be oc'd to 1000-1050 easily buy just raising that one setting. It will still be a 4290, but it's like the king of igp's. Same price.

edit: The Silverstone is 100% modular.
The Antec would be quiet with those adjustable fans, but the hw features suck.

Look at the Egg's pics of the 2 I listed and one or both of the other 2 in this thread. There's 3 different cable designs. Modular means you connect only the cables that has the connections you need, thus eliminating clutter and improves management. It isn't a must, but it's nice to have. For instance the pcie/and other power connections you don't need, can be left out.

Benny, will that memory you suggested work with the 955/combo.....It says its for Intel.....

Also, do I need to order thermal compound, or does it come with the CPU...

The ram will work great :good:

You don't need a different thermal paste from what comes with it. But it's not a bad idea to upgrade it since there are others that do a better job.
 
Went to purchase today and the 955/ mobo combo is now gone....Can you post the MOBO seperately that was listed in the combo.....
