Absolute Wipe! resetting isp and questions

Was thinking to wipe all my computers... reformat everything.

I heard you can reset IP address to be super secure. How do I reset my IP address as if im getting a new internet? is it simple like jus do stuff on the router/modem ourselves? or call our ISP?

Pretend hackers can access my machine... and im gonna reformat everything.... but I still want to keep some folders/files... so i burn those folders/files on a disk before im reformatting..... once my machine is reformated.... then I upload those files/folders that I burned on a cd to my newly formated machine..... will I still be infected? cause those files/folders was once on an infected machine before.

It is possible, if one of the files has the infection you will just be reinfecting the new install.

Have you ran combofix?

Please download Combofix by sUBs from either here or here

Save Combofix.exe to your your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. (from the keyboard select 1 and press enter)
When finished, it will produce a log for you.
Add that log in your next reply.

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause your computer to stall
