Access Denied when trying to open a drive on my computer

I found a drive that I cant access on my computer.
Q:\ microsoft office 2010 click to run (protected)
I dont have a clue what this is. And even when I go to cmd.exe and try to open it under admin, i get Access is denied. Can anyone tell me how to by pass this? Im using windows 7 64 bte

If you are trying to run microsoft office from a different drive that was originally installed in a different system, it won't work. You will need to install it in your own system.
