Access to Email

Good Morning All

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to send an email via MS Access 2003. Ideally, I want to be able to send the created form direct from the database.

In simple terms, my task is to find a way to make this feasible. Fill in form freehand, send that form off via email. Form saved.

Any clues - does Access 2007 have this facility, is there a better way of doing this?

Any guidance, tips apreciated...cheers

This can be achieved in collaboration with outlook, it can be done, but requires some work to set this up.

To confirm, we are trying to solve the problem of wanting to email the contents of an order form..a dozen or so fields completed then a free text element....all of which we want to be able to email where currently we have to print and then either scan or fax!

Thanks for the reply smajer, the coding looks very complex....is there an amateur version available?!!
