Accessing another computer's drive

In my house there are several computers, all upgraded from a previous version of Windows to Windows 10 Home edition. On my computer I have four drives with sharing enabled. Every PC on the network can access those drives except for one computer. I examined the hardware and network cable on that one PC and everything works as it should.

Before all the PCs auto updated to Windows 10, all the computers had Windows 7 Home edition installed, except for the one. That PC had Windows 8.1. I formatted the PC and installed Windows 10 from scratch. After setting up the PC I attempted to access the drives and presto...access granted.

Couldn't find this problem anywhere in the internet, so I'm not sure why this happened. I'd appreciate it if someone could explain it to me.

Probably just a different computer name with the installation being new and therefore privileges changed.
