Accidently deleted a day's worth of photo processing

I was working all day on a batch of photographs and prior to going to bed decided to delete the source file. Didn't realize that I'd goofed and instead of having the saved files going to a new folder they were being store back in the original folder. I had no idea until I'd deleted it completely, including from trash.

Any suggestions for a free program out there I can use to try and get them back? I saw one called Undelete 360 but I think it's some Russian made malware program - Commodo kept rejecting it.

The data is actually still on the hard drive unless you save new files on that partition. Recuva as suggested above is a good freeware. Should work out. Also can try wise data recovery or easus data recovery. Both are freeware.
