Acer 7201 CPU update?

Have one of the above laptops the cpu appears to be the bockage in the system.
cpu is intel celeron m 440 (socket M) 1.86Mhz/4x133mhz multiplier 14
socket U23 zip socket.
I'm confused by reference to two sockets; but more important can I
update the CPU?

there is no acer 7201 laptop ever made. Except for the 720 series wich have intel pentium 2 processors.
