First wanted to say - this is my very first time using this or any kind of forums. Please forgive me and point out things that i do wrong!

i was trying to check , what type of ram did my laptop have, ( for upgrade purposes) by opening it up and physically looking at it. While the laptop was running , i pulled one of the ram cards out and machine shut down immediately.
When i put the memory back and try to start it up - it wont show any signs of life! the battery is charged, its also plugged in to the outlet. i tried pulling rams out and installing them back, did not help! unplugged the laptop and tried using battery power only, also tried "no battery" only charger - nothing! Nothing lights up, i dont hear anything, charger indicator light on the laptop is OFF! Adapter light is ON.

Most likely you have done damage to the laptop by removing the ram while it was running. Never remove anything while pc is on unless it is a usb plug or hot swap SATA connection. If you can find it, you may be able to reset the cmos by removing.the cmos battery and wait a few minutes and reinsert it. Or you may have to send it in for repair.

Thank you for quick respond, im trying to find cmos now. will post results later.
I found Cmos battery, removed it and put back - did not work. Laptop just wont power up at all. I know that desktops have HVPS that goes bad and creates the same problem. Is there something similar in laptops that may be a reason??

Hope you have warranty on your laptop still, and try don't tell them that you did. more likely you fried your main board by hot swap your ram.

You could have fried your ram, might want to try getting new sticks. Or its possible you have fried some internal parts of the laptop. This may turn out to be an expensive lesson learned.
