Acer Aspire One Linux Help

Just bought an Acer Aspire One with Linpus Linux and have been checking it out and messing with a few settings (im new to linux) and in the process i accidently deleted the panel (bar at the bottom of the screen) i managed to get a new one on but there's noting on it, no clock, sound settings ect. Is there any way to get there back or have a made a dogs dinner out of it.

Retrace your steps what did you go to last. Or you may be able to find like system settings that is probably where you screwed something up but I do not know for sure I only use linux once and a while for short periods of time
 
I was in the Panel settings, accidently deleted the panel but managed to add a new one but there's noting on it :( can find anywhere to fix it
 
I dont know maybe you should just reinstall the OS that will do the trick sometimes when you are testing a new OS you screw things up and need to reinstall it I have had to do this several times before
