Acer Aspire T135 desktop?

can people give me there opinions on this desktop. and what they think of acer

im going to be using the pc for multimedia mp3s,video,downloading and web surfing

You might want to look at this one. It can be bought for less than $300 and last week I bought it for $199 at Compusa. Just add a $35 DVD burner and you have a better system than the Acer. BTW, Ace is pretty good quality.

first off its compaq there not so great 2nd it has less ram,smaller hard drive and no dvd burner..so how can it be better

None of the branded computers would be considered great, and especially if talking the bottom line models. Never said it was great or better. Though it does have a 3400+ process = better, Harddrive spins at 7200 rpm, PCI-E graphic slot=better. Price under $300= better. RAM is cheap, DVD burner is $35. Do the math. You asked a question and got an answer. It looks like you are trying to buy something on the cheap, so was just letting you know there are other options. BTW, the one I bought was for my 6 year old son. I added an additonal 120GB hardive for $30, additional 1GB RAM for $50 and I had two DVD burners laying around. Brought the total price to $280, so not too shabby, and yep that would then make it better.
