Hi, I just bought a new Acer AX1700-U3700A Desktop from best buy last night and it keeps freezing and once got a bluescreen. I was told maybe update the graphics card drivers and the latest windows updates. Would that work or should i just take it back?

I think you should take it back and get another one if you like that computer. If you return that one and get another one make sure you create a recovery disc first before you do anything with the new pc.

need more details like was it ever working well then you installed something and the problems started or what?

How much did you pay for it and whats in it?
