I bought this Acer 2016 wbb 20" Monitor from Staples, because of the price over the phone using a $30.00 coupon. It was advertised with having a dvi port, but it doesn't. How important is this as it is a hassle to send it back?
The display is a little small, although I coming from a 17" lcd screen and I am not used to this resolution. Also, one other thing I didn't realize is the refresh rate only goes up to 60 htz, can this be problem?

There is no shipping or restocking fee.

I would contact them and ask:

1) Restocking fee.
2) Shipping fee.

If they're paid by them, then I'd go for it.

As Oscar said, if they will refund you or pay to ship it back to them, then go for it. But if you would need to pay for it, I wouldn't do it, you won't notice a difference (especially on a 20").
