ACER S670G not starting

Hi, all. I have an Acer Veriton S670G that uses Linux that is making a constant high pitched sound when I turn it on. The monitor says no signal and no Acer logo comes on

Could be various things, if you are not even getting the Acer Logo then it isn't even posting. Could be bad RAM, bad motherboard, bad CPU, low CMOS battery, frozen BIOS.
Remove the covers and reset the BIOS by remove the CMOS battery for 10mins, while the battery is out check the voltage - should be 3V or more.
If no better try replacing the RAM with known good or if you have 2 sticks of RAM remove one and try again. If no better you will probably need to take it to a tech

That sound is probably the power supply.
