Hey everyone!
I own my own company building/repairing computers,
I have a client that i have just installed a new stick of RAM to give them 1 GB, so, thats not the problem, they have pleanty of HDD space, and i've tried Re-Installing both Firefox and Adobe, both from their web sites, and after uninstalling i would re-start, so i completely clears it. When they try to visit a web site that shows a PDF file on their page, while opening Adobe, the computer freezes. like, first the browser would freeze, so i could still use the start bar, but then that would freeze too.
If anyone has any suggestions on possibilities on how to fix this, let me know A.S.A.P.
I'm planning on worst case having to format the HDD and re-install windows, hoping that would clear what ever the problem is.
Let me know!
