hi i have acs dsl and it is hard wired to a modem , last night i unplugged the power to the modem and this morning when i woke up i had forgot that unplugged it and booted up my desktop computer and had internet service with the modems power supply was not connected . How can this be so ?
 
Is your computer hard wired to the modem, or is it wireless? Did you actually navigate on the internet or did you just open you home page?
 
It is hardwired to modem and hardwired to router and yes i navigated online for about 2 hours , ive plugged power back in and shut it off again and now its not online but was very weird ! just wondering how this could have happened.
