I notice that pages once opened activate faster the second time. This is purported to be the function of temp internet and cookies. When I delete temp, temp internet, and cookies these pages still open faster the second time. Evidentally there is another location where they are stored. I also experience a gradual slowdown in windows, possibly a result of continued additions to these files. Where are these located and how can they be deleted short of reformatting my hard drive?
