ad aware se

Im using ad aware se pro and i always keep it up to date by checking for new definitions every day and i do a scan every day also, but everytime i scan, it finds these items and when i clean them, they are there the next time i scan.

- MRU lists
- Tracking Cookies - TAC rating of 3 apparently

How can i clean these?

I also do a daily scan with windows defender, i dont know if defender is doing anythingm but i dont have any spyware or virus problems other than this hicup with ad aware, thanks

MRU's aren't anything to be concerned about. And Tracking cookies are found everyday by normal browsing, you have nothing to worry about. All MRU's are, are the things you have most recently used in a list. Nothing bad about that.

Yeah, everyone gets tracking cookies from browsing the web. They don't pose a real security threat.
