Ad-Aware together with SS&D bad?

I've been running Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster, Spybot Search & Destroy then MS Defrag on a weekly basis. I get a message from SS&D saying something about detecting AD-Aware. Is it not a good idea to run these two in conjunction?

No.

Running two of the same type of real-time protection programs (in this case Anti-Spyware) cause conflicts actually making you less safe then one would.

I would disable Ad-Aware real-time protection and keep Spybot, also keep in mind that you should disable Spyware Blaster if you have real-time protection enabled for it also. :)
