adapter for a 140mm fan?

I was browsing the fan selection online... And I saw this really awesome fan but its 120mm... the smallest fan size on my case is 140mm. Is there an adapter I can buy so it can fit? thanks...

What case do you have that only fits a 140mm fan? What fan were you looking at though, alot of fans come in multiple sizes..
