Adapter Help

I was wondering if this kind of adapter exists..

Here is the what it looks like, but with 3 instead:

And I need it to convert it to the plug on the right:

It's either so simple I can't find the name, or it doesn't exist, lol.

Yeah. I actually found out that the company sells an adapter for this. It adds on a cable that has a male and female 3 pin connector, as well as a DVD drive cable, so then I plug in a cable they have that is the one I'm looking for, so I connect it like that.. Lol. I'll contact them to see if I can purchase one from them.

I think this is the cable I need..

That looks about right.. Since the 360 mobo has a 3 pin male port, and that cable looks to have the female version, then the fan I'm installing has a 4 pin male connector, and that cable has the female version as well. And it says it works on HDMI consoles, which mine is.
