I am attempting to run Adaware Anti Virus Free scan and despite it saying I have the latest version when I tried to re-install I stiil get the message "Service Unavailable).
Is it trying to get me to pay for a better version ?
If you really must use adaware then download and run revouninstaller to completely remove the program, then reboot pc and reinstall. Most likely you have a corrupt install and revo should remove all files so you can start over.
