Hey, i just put in a 250GB hard drive. i installed pro on the 250, and got into windows. now, when i go to my old 120 drive, i cant access my documents. the error says its not accessible, access denied. why???

How did you go about installing Windows there? Did you leave the first drive plugged in to see changes made? When you install Windows onto a second drive the mbr on first boot device is altered. The new installation also saw new defaults like a new administrator's account setup. That account doesn't have access to the first drive's administrator. With the same version of XP you should have unplugged the first drive and temporarily mastered the new drive for the second Windows installation there. With XP Home on the primary and Pro on the second 250gb here there is free access between drives due to being different versions.
