adding a comment page

hello,

have started making a website and now would like to add a comments page. since its already been done a million times (but i can't find one on google ), does anyone have some suggestions?
eventually, i'd like to build up a small forum so maybe using phpbb could be the way to go although i don't know much about it.

basically i'm after a page where people can leave comments about a certain topic i post. should this be integrated into a site like phpbb, i'm not sure.
ANY suggestions are appreciated as to what comment page templates or phpbb similar free forum templates are out there.

The things that you want points to a blog. Topic after topic where people can read and posts comments. Many of these out there free or paid. Something to look into:
Wordpress

Or, if you want something a little more sophisticated and easier to integrate a forum and such, you might want to look into a Content Management System, many free or paid also.
