Adding a Drive with no free cables

I'm addding a dvd burner but all the ide cables are tied up. Can anyone give me a solution that does not include using a usb adapter?
 
Oh oh...

You may need to buy another IDE controller for PCI or something in oder to be able to plug another drive in. Can't you take one of the drives you have in there out?

Nope, I was trying to find a adapter that would let me add a cable to an existing one, but I guess they don't make them. I'm gonna try buying a usb pci port with a usb port on the inside then, plug in a usb to ide adapter.
