when i have my address bar turned on in windows explorer all i see is a small box that says Address. it cannot be dragged open. internet explorer has an address bar however. anyone know how to fix my problem? it has been like this for years. i even reformatted my drive recently and reinstalled windows.

i solved my problem. lock toolbars was on, preventing me from expanding my address bar.
