adjusted to agressive, won't turn on

My computer was getting very slow so I thought I'd try going to "agressive" instead of optimun setting on the CPU. Restarted and now it won't come on, it just sets there beeping. Can't get back into bios to set back to optimum. Sugestions appreciated.
 
As above, flip the battery out of the motherboard for a few minutes, put it back in then when it boots reset the time and date in the BIOS.

Open up the side panel of your computer:

And look for this:

Either take out the jumper, short it, or remove the battery.
