admin rights

If i try to do simple tasks like move a folder to a different destination. My Vista laptop tells me i need to provide admin permission, When i click continue it just takes me back to the window telling me i need admin permission.
Im the owner and only user so....How can i turn this off and get full access?

you need to enable the run as admin, or I think you can turn that off in user controls. I am not exactly sure as I only use Vista for gaming and nothing else, though I file share to my vista box all the time and I never get asked to run admin rights.

can you post a screen shot of the permissions of the folders in question, as well as the destination folder?
