Administrator right issue, please help.

Recently my CP indicates that I'm don't have adminstrator right. Thus, this prevents me from performing many important tasks. I checked the User Accounts and it indicates that I have administrator right. Also, I scan my CP with McAFee but found no virus. Any comment or suggestion on this matter?

Is this when starting up in Safe Mode? If so, then perhaps your Registry permissions need to be changed. I had this problem a while back. Fixing permissions solved the problem.
If this is NOT in Safe Mode, then perhaps there's a bit of malware that's altered your permissions.
