advanced webstie questions. (for me anyways)

I dont konw if the is legal or illegal.

But there is an old webstie for a raceway that i work for.
Long story short. I want to delete the old site for the new, one. the owners cuold not get into the old one or new how. so they made a new one.

this i very unconvent considering the track name has to do with speedway and not RACEway.

Only the site owners can edit the site. If you don't own the site then you can't edit the page. If they are the owners then you can try to contact the hosting company and getting the information needed from them.
