Advice on a new gaming pc

Hey all,
Im planning on buying a new PC and I would like to know if it's good for gaming:

Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 PDC 2.6Ghz,
4GB RAM DDR2 800 Mhz
640GB SATA Hard Drive
ATi HD4350 (512MB DDR2) up to 1919MB

I dont understand very much things about Gaming PCs, so say some advices :)

is this a build that you are putting together or one you found that is pre-built? what is your budget and what are you looking to get out of the computer?

Its a pre-built one I found in a shop near my city (costs 400 euro). I got around 500 Euro (around 640 USD) and Im looking for a PC to play the current games like NFS Shift, GRID, CoD MW2, etc. at around medium settings.
And can the video card on that PC be changed, because I heard that integrated video cards cannot be changed.

you can overclock the integrated gpu (though not really recommended by anyone) or you can add another card and run that one by itself. it depends on the motherboard but you will most likely be able to put any new gpu you want in there. do you know which motherboard it is?
 
4350 can play L4D2 on high settings at low resolutions at decent fps, so will probably be able to play the games listed at low settings.

You will need to get a dedicated graphics card to play all games at high settings, and then it will need to be a gaming card, not one for a media PC at best. Because of how much the computer costs, I doubt it will have a power supply that is any good, so you will need to get another power supply too if you decide to get a graphics card.

One more question...if I get the PC and for example sell the video card, will I be able to buy every other video card I want(like ATi HD 5770) or there is limited choice? (don't mind the budget)

Edit: Ok, in the PC page it says it has 'PCI Express 16x Graphic expansion slot' and in the ATI Radeon HD 5770 page it says that 'PCI Express® based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot' is required, so does that mean I can upgrade to it?

you can, however, if you do, you will need to get a new power supply aswell that can handle the card. A decent branded 450+W will power it.

Good brands are:
