Advice on monitoring teen on home PC

Yeah, I second the comment regarding Powerpack. I think they missed some of the thread.
 
At work, every single site I visit, every email or image I send is monitored.
And I know it. I dont have a problem with that, I dont think it is an invasion of privacy. I get messages all the time saying things are monitored. I am using their system and representing them in an official capacity, they have a right to monitor it. If I need to do something personal anyways, i will use my iphone.
But installing something without somebody knowing is extremely deceptive and a gross invasion of privacy. A definite no-no, not something you should ever consider.
