Advice on this Custom Desktop Im buying

Here are the specs
320gb hd
2gb ram
1.8ghz dual core cpu
radeon x1650 video card
windows xp pro

I want to run a fast League of Legends and some Runescape on high details.

can this desktop support this?

Im paying 200$ for it
 
that is a pretty old computer....if you can gamble $200 and see if it plays that game, sure.

but if you can stretch your budget you can build a better spec PC for sub $400
 
I just don't advice on upgrading old tech since it doesn't cost much to replace the whole thing altogether.

you could probably save a little bit by maxing out that desktop with the fastest parts you can put on it.

(fastest cpu, max ram, faster video card.) since all these parts for that computer would be old it should be cheap. if you want to go that route.
