Hello. I have been reading a lot and have been learning a lot thanks to everyone on this site. There seems to be a lot of experts here that don't mind giving good advice for everyone and I'm thankful for lots of information that I was able to absorb in just few months.
I live in Hawaii so there's not so much computer outlets here. I decided to go for i5-750 Quad 2.66GH for value since lots of people have been giving good reviews on it on this site. Unfortunately, there's not much computer out here in Hawaii with I5-750. Most comes with I5-650 and it's over $800-$1000.
Then I found this,,,I have 24 hours to decide. Is this a good deal?

300 Watt PSU (designed for this case)
Intel Core i5 750 Quad Core 2.66 ghz
DFI MITX MI-p55 Core i5 Motherboard
4gb DDR3 OZC Low Latency Ram
Corsair H50 Water Cooling Unit
2x High RPM Low Noise 120mm fans for intake.
300gb WD Velociraptor 10 thousand RPM Drive
ATI Radeon 3450 Dual DVI Out
Custom Power Button, Custom Handle, Custom Internal Layout (big ass video cards)
He's asking $600 FIRM. I think I still need to buy WIN7 OS/EXTERNAL DVD DRIVE/Better Power Supply/Better GPU? but I think it's a good deal overall. Only thing is that it only has 4g RAM instead of 8g that best buy comes with. It only has 2 slots and it's taken by two 2g RAM so if I need to upgrade I'll have to buy 2 4g DDR3 and that ain't cheap.
Is 4g RAM enough for this processor? I don't play games on my computer since I have ps3. It's mostly for everyday use/editing videos and watching it. I'm planning to get windows7 Ultimate edition.
