Advice on upgrading PSU

I am writing to ask the members here about upgrading to another power supply. I'm looking at the OCZ Modstream (either 520W or 450W but I'm leaning toward the 450W) and some of the issues buyers are commenting on seems to be that the PSU has a very short power cable and a fan that blows out the top of the unit.

Now I have an Antec case with no opening in the top and I'm wondering if this will be an issue for me as well. Would I have to cut a hole in the top of my case to accomodate this PSU? I'm not sure about the short power cable. Since they don't give a length for the cable I'm not sure if that would be a problem or not.

Another guy mentioned, "Just so you know this PSU has oly one 4-pin connector which means if you have a PCI-e motherboard that requires four different power plugs and a 3.5" floppy drive. You are going to need a floppy power adaptor because there is only one 4-pin connector that comes with this PSU."

I'm not sure what this means for me with my ASUS P4P800. Do you think it would present a problem? When I get home (I'm at work now) I'm going to get into the case and check the power connector on my current PSU to the MB.

I am not a expert in any of this, so I'm posting here to get some ideas from those who know their stuff. As for computer specs I ran a report using Everest Home:
