Advice on Upgrading RAM Please!

Hi, I've never upgraded RAM before and as such don't know a whole lot about it. I have a 2GB stick already in my PC and am looking to buy a 4GB stick that would fit into the second spare slot I have.

The information about the type of RAM I have already in my PC is:

Team Group INC
TVDD2048M800C5
2GB DDRII 800MHz

I'm not certain of what specific RAM I'd need to purchase in order for it to be compatible with my machine. If anyone could link me to any listings for RAM that you know would be compatible, please do. Thanks in advance.

I can't seem to find it anywhere.. I bought it on ebay a few years back. It was custom built as far as I know.
 
Windows 7 32 bit. I just came across an article that claims that a 32 bit version of Windows 7 can only make use of 4GB of RAM. Is this true?

Yes. 32-bit operating systems can only utilize a maximum of 4GB. If you want to use more than that, you need to do a clean install of a 64-bit operating system.
