T Tom3593 Member Apr 27, 2013 #1 hi, basically every time my laptop starts the bios menu pops up at the start I am unsure why this is?? I am trying to install iTunes and it is saying my laptop might be in safe mode for some reason.... how can I change this I cant install anything help please cheers

johnb35 Administrator Staff member Apr 27, 2013 #2 Probably you have the key stuck that accesses the bios. Actually sounds like you may have a few stuck keys if you are in safe mode. Do you have see safe mode listed in all 4 corners?
