I was daisy chaining my fans in my Apevia JR. S-Type X-Telestar when I noticed that there was two 4 pin molex connectors that had to be plugged in, one with white and blue wires and the other with black and yellow. Out of curiosity, are these two cables to be connected?

some 4 pin molex are for video card power (fans and such) one is for the industry standard +4 P4 power.
