Building a new computer, how does this look like : need some advices
Going for Intel+Nvidia (gaming + multitasks)

not sure were you getting these prices from and I didnt do much research but just the processor along can be gotten on newegg for about $80 less. Look for those items on newegg and I guarantee you can shave atleast $300 off that price.
 
Over priced like mad. Q6600 and DDR3 ram? Step up quad or step down ram and mobo imo. Your going high end mobo and ram with an old CPU. For the same price CPU you can get Q9550. Are you going crossfire/sli? Your PSU you could light up New York. Not needed for one video card. Your DVD is IDE, you need sata. No case, OS, monitor.

oh sorry I forgot to mention it's in canadian prices... I found these prices on www.ncix.com. I dont need Case, Monitor and OS.. already have all these.. the parts Ive mentionned are the ones I need. So you think I should get a better CPU or downgrade my ram+mobo :/ hard choice to make

If you went with a gigabyte ep45-UD3L and DDR2 ram for that system it may. Your cutting it close but that doesn't mean it won't work.
